Born in Los Angeles and raised in Huntington Beach, Dandy Noel has been passionate about film all her life. She graduated from Cal State University of Fullerton with a degree in film then furthered her studies at The Los Angeles Film School. She has worked alongside many prominent directors and has been inspired by their acute attention to detail. She has directed numerous music videos and film “pieces”…which are meditations on metaphors and symbolisms.
